Yickyak Standards
The purpose of Yickyak.com is for all to share information with other yickyakers. We also provided an arena for yickyakers to debate and dicuss news and information placed on the website.
You will have information that other yickyakers are willing to share. The interent has a wealth of information and we created the outlet to provide that information to fellow yickyakers and the world.
When you register with Yickyak.com you provide us with limited personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected by us and Web Site use information collected by us as you interact with our Web Site.
The majority of the information is used for statistical tracking for the website so that we can make the challenge of debating fun. We also have created an arena to upload recorded debates, interviews and editorials. These MP3 files will be the property of Yickyak.com and will not be distributed to 3rd party outlets. The MP3 files will only be available to other yickyakers for listening so that Yickyakers can vote on the recordings submitted.
Any improper collection or misuse of information provided on yickyak.com is a violation of the Yickyak.com Terms of Service and should be reported to privacy@yickyak.com.
Children Under Age 13
Yickyak.com does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
